Longarm Quilting

To all our friends,

Shirley passed away early Friday morning June 27th, 2014 with George by her side at their home in the Ozarks of northern Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister.

As many of our long time quilting partners were aware, Shirley was given a diagnosis of "Senile Dementia' in 2009. As such Shirley wasn't active in the daily operations of  Cross Country Quilting.com beginning in 2010.

One of her greatest pleasures however, almost to the very end, was the delivery of quilt packages from our clients. The fabrics, colors and textures were a source of great joy, and always produced a smile of recognition & connection

I would like to thank each and everyone of you, who were a part of that joy and all those smiles over the years.

Cross Country Quilting.com remains, as a legacy, and in honor to my very best friend of 25 years. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you on your future quilting projects. In lieu of flowers or cards we ask, if you are so called, to make a donation to the,
